Production Manager Job based in Cd Juarez. Fuentes Plant Trim Division

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible to the plant and/or operations manager to comply with production programs, managing human and material resources in compliance with previously determined quality and cost standards.

YOUR TASK WILL BE

1.- Ensure compliance with company policies.

2.- Supervises compliance with plant production programs ensuring predetermined cost standards.

3.- Ensures compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast.

4.- Ensures the optimal use of the area's human resources through the adequate balancing of the production lines (in the sewing and foam process).

5. Responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, use of the company's production equipment.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

Completed bachelor's degree or engineering related to the vacancy.

Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a production manager.

Desirable experience in sewing, assembly, and foam injection.
