Job Description
As Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that process resolution is handled in strict adherence to quality systems, ensuring the quality control and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Understand specific client requirements related to APQP.
- Lead the execution of the 8D methodology.
- Coordinate containment operations at different locations, from the plant to the last customer-facing station.
- Monitor quality activities in the client's systems and portals.
- Develop the PPAP package.
- Lead quality meetings and prepare reports.
- Monitor APQP quality activities on client portals.
- Provide first-level contact with the client for complaints.
Skills
Education Requirements
Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
Experience Requirements
- Statistical techniques for data analysis and problem solving knowledge.
- Excellent management of core tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
- Experience in automotive required.
- 3+ years of experience in the field.
Languages
Proficient English Level
