Currently we are looking for an experienced Environment, Health & Safety Manager who will lead all relevant EHS activities at country level.

 

Main functional duties:

  • Lead all EHS related activities including industrial and fire safety; health, ergonomics and work conditions; environment safety; machinery safety; risk assessment, etc.
  • Lead EHS teams at two production sites (3 pers);
  • Ensure implementation of the requirements of all relevant EHS legislation, company standards and procedures;
  • Coordinate all aspects of Incident investigations to include detailed reporting and root cause analysis;
  • Regularly maintain and update the Company’s EHS procedures, systems, programs, and other documents;
  • Ensure integration of Quality Management System and Ecological Management requirements into all business processes;
  • Identify and implement programs aimed at accident prevention by hazard identification, risk assessment and the implementation of control measures,
  • Lead organization of EHS training programs for all employees;
  • Assist in control and coordination of all aspects of waste management , contractor management , high risk work activities on site;
  • Support the site sustainability programs and other business improvement initiatives;
  • Promote EHS awareness throughout the organization by a strong presence on the shop floor and supporting the various departments for Continuous Improvement on EHS topics;
  • Provide regular reporting in line with legal and corporate requirements;
  • Ensure follow-up and achievement of EHS targets and budget.

Qualification:

  • Higher education in relevant discipline
  • Min 4 years of relevant experience as an EHS Manager in production
  • Strong managerial and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Experienced in change management , integration projects;
  • English Language: Upper-intermediate level
