As a greenfield investment the newly estabilished Kecskemét plant currently is operating as JIT/JIS supplier for Mercedes Benz. This position is offering the success to take part to built a new company.

Your tasks will be:

• Recruitment and Selection, controlling the onboarding process of new entries
• Coordinating HR projects, development of HR processes
• Providing Job evaluations, competency-based reviews
• Maintaining Organizational Database, providing related HR administration tasks (Success Factor)
• Maintaining Administration Systems, preparing reports, and analysis
• Taking part in the preparation of internal and external audits, providing support in HR related questions (management and reporting)
• Maintaining and updating internal policies, procedure standards
• Training organization and administration, keeping contact with external partners, providing contract administration
• HR process optimization,  making proposals in accordance to Hungarian Labor Law. Complaint handling and disciplinary procedures management
• Supporting and coordinating internal organizational communication

To be successful on this position, you will need:

• University or College degree
• Advanced English skills (fluent in written and spoken)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in all HR activities (experience gained in a multinational environment is an advantage)
• Up-to-date, thorough knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law
• Microsoft Office skills (user-level)
• To take responsibility at your work and able to work independently
• Nice to have previous experience from manufacturing environment
