Job Description

We are glad to announce that we are looking for Process Engineer that will join our new JIT/JIS plant located in Kecskemet and be the key player in setting up our engineering processes and standards. Position overview: The engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for new assembly process launches and for supervising and optimizing existing processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assembly process design and description (MOST, MTM)
  • Work out specifications and coordinate suppliers to accomplish
  • Providing support for technical equipment errorless functionality and maintenance
  • Project leading and change management process coordination for successful implementation to serial production
  • Releasing new equipment into the production process, including the necessary documentation
  • Responsibility for continuous improvement of production processes, establish culture of Kaizen
  • Creating and changing process diagrams and layouts
  • Standardize processes for audits
  • Improving quality aspects of production processes
  • Ensure all industry and company required documentation is maintained to the agreed standard (PFMEAs, Launch Readiness Reviews, and updating of operating procedures)

Education Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Experience Requirements

 

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience on the similar position in the automotive industry
  • Experience in screwing and working with Atlas Copco tightening tools would be an asset
  • Experience with robotics and PLC systems (Siemens preferred)
  • Good knowledge of technical drawing
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Practical knowledge of capacity trials, line balancing, material handling, automation, Poka Yokes, ergonomics, PFMEA, project planning and implementation
  • Experience with ISO 9000 or IATF 16949 requirements
  • Experience with structured problem solving data based decision
  • A strong understanding of Lean Production and continuous improvement principles
  • Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Open-minded and innovative thinker

Languages

  • Communicative knowledge of Hungarian and English or German
