<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">We are hiring for our new Meknes Wiring  Plant an HR Administration Coordinator to support Human Resources department, by acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and ensure employees of organizations are kept informed and motivated.

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Follow-up and regular checks of the workforce
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Follow-up and Update of Personnel files
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Follow-up and Preparation of Indirect & Salaried Contracts.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Preparation and follow-up of all the requests of the administrative certificates: Work certificates, leave, CNSS, Visa ...
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Daily monitoring of the schedule for the Direct staff, and the test periods for Salaried and Indirect.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Organization of motivation activities for employees
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Monitoring the continuous improvement management tool & Community Service Management
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Develop and maintain a communication plan that support the overall organizational objectives.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Inform, guide and support the overall human resources communications strategy.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Deliver presentations at organizational events
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization 

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">To be successful for this role:

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Experience with HR software Sage/ Optitime/ SAP
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Knowledge of labor laws
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Excellent organizational skills,
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Ability to prioritize work
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Strong in-person communication skills

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">French
