We are hiring for a Customer Coordinator toin our Team
Missions:
- Receive and process customer orders
- Track customer variations
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
- Control and follow FG stocks
- Organize customer pick ups
- Manage returnable packaging availability
- Ensure delivery performance at required level
- Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight /0obsoletes/ OTIF 100%
- Track customer backlogs to avoid any issue with customers
- Monitoring products changes: 0 obsolete and handle customer claims
Requirement:
- Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within an automotive Industry
- Ability to work in a hig-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
- Solid understanding on Supply Chain, Logistics
- Highly effective communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of English language, spoken and written
Position is based in Kenitra's plant
