Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, our future Customer demand responsible will ensure our customer orders are meet on time at lower cost permanently, plan and organize all steps from Order reception till shipment achievement. lead training and continuous improvement for the customer demand analysts’ team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers, providing information and answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
- Ensure 100% on time in full for customer orders.
- Reduce the excess & Obsolete for FG by identifying new ideas and elaborating strong actions of obsolete avoidance.
- Spare parts delivery performance rating follow up to maintain 100 points monthly basis.
- Spare parts production schedule adherence & raw material escalation follow up.
- Securing Customer’s pre serial phase & MRD on time.
- FG’s inventory monthly target follow up to achieve intended figures. ATR of 10 for 2025.
- Ensure follow up of new customers MRD for new phases or projects and maintain internal weekly communication.
- Involve necessary stakeholders to secure launch of new projects (raw material, packaging, ERP system).
- Maintain the respect of customers guidelines & periodic review of delivery standard.
- Maintain tracking to eliminate non-reusable packaging with customers.
- Customer recovery status follow up on weekly basis and ensure stakeholders involvement.
- Ensure IATF 16949 requirement are meet with 0 nonconformity.
- Ensure continuous improvement plan of customer service & support monthly KAIZEN ideas with the team.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in supply chain of automotive or Aeronautical Industry
- Strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and extensive Supply chain & logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, SQL, PowerBI).
- CPIM certifications will be a plus.
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
