The mission for the IT Responsible of Kenitra Just In Time plant producing seats for PSA  is managing the computing infrastructure of the plant and ensuring a high system availability and data security.

In this role that is reporting directly to our Group IT Manager & to The Plant Manager, you will also be responsible for the back office, phone systems, network and IT production support at the location.

The futur IT Responsible will also ensure compliance defined by corporate governance standards.

 

Your missions:

 

  • 2nd level IT Support.
  • Supervise and maintain IT Network and Infrastructure.
  • Maintain procedures compliance for the use of It resources.
  • Oversee, track and measure system and network performance.
  • Use Ivanti ITSM efficiently daily for IT incidents and IT services requests handling.
  • Control and properly supervise IT hardware and software assets.
  • Perform 8D Analysis for Application related issues and monitor resolution with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure meeting Monthly KPI’s targets.
  • Ensure meeting Budget and Forecast goals.
  • Ensure effective participation in location related to IT projects.
  • Work with other IT professionals, partners and suppliers to ensure upholding IT standards and requirements.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

 

To be successful for this role:

 

  • Bac + 4 on an IT related High degree.
  • Previous working experience as IT Coordinator or Engineer for 5 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases, and applications
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with competent vocabulary.
  • Flexibility.
  • Active Listening.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work and tasks.
