Responsibilities
Location : Kenitra WH Plant

Manage new projects, including validation planning for equipment/products per guidelines and customer specs

Capture and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement

Develop control plans, inspection standards, and checklists

Ensure proper execution of dimensional checks and operator validations

Implement and monitor corrective & preventive actions for quality issues

Track and improve quality KPIs (IPPM, DPPM, RPPM, COPQ)

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures

Participate in FMEA, risk assessments, and engineering change implementation

Conduct product, process, and periodic audits; ensure rework and control plan execution

Lead quality operations: manage teams, handle customer complaints, run audits/meetings, and report performance
Education Requirements
- Technical degree.
Experience Requirements
- Competencies in Team Management
- 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Good knowledge in 8D approach.
- Good knowledge in APQP / PSW
Languages
- Good level in communication skills
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
