Manage the laboratory activities to achieve the expected quality results, ensure the calibration of the measurement devises and the validation of the products and equipment according the customer requirements, react proactively to satisfy customer needs and expectations. Promote CI culture & propose ideas with value added.


Your missions (but may not be limited to):


  • Ensure the compliance with the quality management system.
  • Validate the Products and equipment during the project phases and periodically.
  • Ensure the calibration of the measurement devises/Instruments in periodic basis.
  • Participate on the control plan and PFMEA elaboration and Ensure the execution of the control plan.
  • Ensure the proper use of the statistical tools (SPC, R&R, control chart XR…).
  • Investigate and Analyze the returned products (0KM, Warranty...)
  • Use problem solving methodologies and the quality tools to fix the internal and external issues.
  • Meet the customer objectives and satisfy their requirements and audits.
  • Coach and develop the quality team under your responsibility & support them in the execution of the daily tasks.


To be successful for this role:


  • Bac+5 minimum with experience in automotive wiring Industry (Minimum 3 Years’ in quality, is a must or 2 years managing the Laboratory activities).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Quality Core tools (Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) & Statistical Process Control (SPC)).
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem solving (8D,s 5Why’s, Ishikawa, Is/Is not...).
  • Ability to think analytically and critically and Ability to read (CSR, DPM...).
  • Attentive to detail in all aspects.



  • Language Skills:
  • Fluent French and English.
