Another exciting opportunity to join our Méknes management team as Logistics Manager!


You will be leading Meknes logistics department, in consistency with the Lear Leadership Model, with the intent to develop and sustain business competitiveness by delivering on right time our products and services at highest level of Quality, profitability with minimum freight cost .


Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to)

  • Ensure flawless launches by meeting each project milestones
  • Drive key stakeholders, to own development plans & to monitor the key operations KPI’s (Expenses, PF, Scrap, Inventory, delivery performance) annual forecasted OI/Plant performance,
  • Effectively manage the customer relationship
  • Delivery: Serial no disruption;
  • Support & success the IATF audit, Lear internal quality requirements, achieving
  • Contribute to Quality improvement
  • Support Women growth initiatives
  • In collaboration with HR & Plant Manager ,hire and retain a team of A-players
  • Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement
  • Continue to promote team work spirit and motivate them for better results
  • Continue to drive/use Best Practice website
  • Create and implement the standardization and/or innovation of new concepts, processes and procedures.
  • Complete & success the transfer of project
  • SIOP, PFEP & Entitlement Model adoption across the plants



To be a success in this role you must have :

  • Masters Degree
  • 5 years of succesfull profesional experience in a similar postion (
  • Successfull experience in Supply Chain management
  • Automotive experience
  • Successfull experience in team management
  • Fluent written and poken english
