Responsibilities

• Perform offline testing, validation, and verification of automotive components and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Diagnose technical issues and support root cause investigations.
• Prepare and maintain testing reports, technical documentation, and work instructions.
• Support the preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents for testing equipment, tooling, and technical solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve Testing KPIs to optimize equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Process Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and production readiness activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company safety procedures.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for automotive manufacturing and new technologies.
• Open-minded, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
