Responsibilities
- Perform offline testing, validation, and verification of automotive components and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Diagnose technical issues and support root cause investigations.
- Prepare and maintain testing reports, technical documentation, and work instructions.
- Support the preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents for testing equipment, tooling, and technical solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve Testing KPIs to optimize equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Process Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support new product launches, engineering changes, and production readiness activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company safety procedures.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for automotive manufacturing and new technologies.
- Open-minded, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
