Key Responsibilities:
- Implements and ensures adherence to efficiency, quality, and service objectives within the area.
- Manages, supervises, and leads the manufacturing and scheduling functions with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Implements the human and material resources necessary to meet production planning requirements.
- Ensures the execution of production programs at the required quality level.
- Ensures the achievement and improvement of product and process quality.
- Oversees the development of human potential and resources to achieve quality and efficiency objectives.
- Meets required customer delivery deadlines and ensures workload/capacity balance in terms of resources and personnel.
- Manages product start-ups, modifications, and shutdowns.
- Controls and reduces waste.
- Maintains order and cleanliness in the production workshop. - Complies with hygiene and safety regulations according to ISO 45001.
- Supports the activities of the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
- Actively collaborate with all departments to achieve/maintain the following certifications:
- ISO TS 16949
- ISO 14001
- ISO 45001
Key skills and Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
