Key Responsibilities:

• Implements and ensures adherence to efficiency, quality, and service objectives within the area.
• Manages, supervises, and leads the manufacturing and scheduling functions with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Implements the human and material resources necessary to meet production planning requirements.
• Ensures the execution of production programs at the required quality level.
• Ensures the achievement and improvement of product and process quality.
• Oversees the development of human potential and resources to achieve quality and efficiency objectives.
• Meets required customer delivery deadlines and ensures workload/capacity balance in terms of resources and personnel.
• Manages product start-ups, modifications, and shutdowns.
• Controls and reduces waste.
• Maintains order and cleanliness in the production workshop. - Complies with hygiene and safety regulations according to ISO 45001.
• Supports the activities of the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
•  Actively collaborate with all departments to achieve/maintain the following certifications:
  • ISO TS 16949
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 45001

Key skills and Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
