We are hiring a quality Manufacturing Engineer for our plant in Kenitra.

As quality Engineer you will manage the Quality Manufacturing activities to achieve the expected quality results, establish the control plan based on customer requirements and Automotive standards, react proactively to satisfy customer requirements and expectation, develop people and Promote CI culture.

 Missions: 

  • Ensure the compliance with the quality management system.
  • Meet the customer objectives and satisfy their requirements and audits
  • Ensure the interface between customer, plant and quality residents.
  • Ensure the products and process validation
  • Monitor the quality KPI’s by gathering and analyzing data.
  • Conduct the risk assessment of products, processes and systems.
  • Identify the weakness area, recommend and implement the improvements.
  • Use problem solving methodologies and the quality tools to fix the internal and external issues.
  • Coach and develop the quality engineers/Technicians and support them in the execution of the daily tasks.

To be a successful in this role you must have

  • Bac+5 minimum with experience in automotive wiring Industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer and results oriented
