<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are hiring within logistics department for our new wiring plant in Meknes city<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> a warehouse Coordinator.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Who will be responsible for making under control all warehouse flows & ensuring production & Customer service,

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Providing periodic instructions on specific clothing and safety.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Organizes and supervises specific activity flows and all warehouse activity.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coordinates the activity of teams by team leaders and monitors all results, taking action as many times as necessary to maintain the level of performance.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knows how all systems used in the warehouse operate and ensures that staff are well enough prepared to use these systems correctly and continuously.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Respects, updates and verifies if warehouse procedures are followed.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsible for maintaining the continued accuracy of warehouse inventory.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsible for the entire process of satisfying FIFO requests as well as all specified standards. Accurately applies work procedures according to the quality standards applicable within the framework of the factor
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Involved in the planning / coordination of transport to ensure the best of loading / unloading operations.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsible for the activity of collecting, storing and sending waste and scrap metal, at the same time respecting all the rules requested.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ensures proper use of tools and machines in the warehouse, monitors whether the maintenance program is respected.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Respect the working hours, breaks and schedules of the program.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Master’s degree with a minimum experience of 2-3 years in the wiring activity.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent organizational skills: proven ability to plan and priorities tasks<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Deadline-oriented.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Demonstrated knowledge of customer service processes.
