Your tasks will be:

  • Acting as a main communication partner for the customer
  • Management of action plans for customer quality concerns
  • Management and tracking of all customer KPIs including setting and implementation of action plans
  • Supporting and participating on P-FMEA
  • Management of customer claims
  • Preparing 8D reports
  • Leading problem solving meetings
  • Cooperating with APQP Engineers
  • Tracking of PPAP in serial production and customer release evidence
  • Active participation on change management (product & process)

 

Required skills:

  • Hands-on experience in quality area
  • Knowledge and practical experience with tools and methods as P-FMEA, PPAP and 8D
  • Problem solving attitude and very good communication skills
  • Driving license cat. B
  • Good communication in English and Czech
