Your tasks will be:
- Acting as a main communication partner for the customer
- Management of action plans for customer quality concerns
- Management and tracking of all customer KPIs including setting and implementation of action plans
- Supporting and participating on P-FMEA
- Management of customer claims
- Preparing 8D reports
- Leading problem solving meetings
- Cooperating with APQP Engineers
- Tracking of PPAP in serial production and customer release evidence
- Active participation on change management (product & process)
Required skills:
- Hands-on experience in quality area
- Knowledge and practical experience with tools and methods as P-FMEA, PPAP and 8D
- Problem solving attitude and very good communication skills
- Driving license cat. B
- Good communication in English and Czech
