O que você vai fazer?
- Participar de reunião junto ao gerente para planejar o dia e analisar resultados;
- Analisar o mix de produção através de leitura do relatório logístico, a fim de antecipar ações específicas;
- Realizar, garantir e monitorar a execução das auditorias planejadas, bem como os planos de ações gerados;
- Planejar ações para corrigir plano de ações de melhoria de qualidade;
- Participar de processo seletivo para novas vagas, através de entrevistas e testes (quando houver);
- Reportar resultados de produtividade através de relatórios de produção, resultados semanais e planos de ação;
- Analisar o mix de produção através de leitura do relatório logístico, a fim de antecipar ações específicas;
- Monitora indicador de desempenho, através de ramp up produção;
- Incentivar a equipe na abertura de Ideias e kaizens;
- Coordenar atividade na produção juntos aos líderes.

Vivência com gestão de pessoas, auditorias internas externas, controle de desperdícios/ Scrap e gestão de produtividade;

Conhecimento em processos produtivos, controle de qualidade, manutenção preventiva e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs).

Job Description
Manufacturing Production manages or assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.) including:
- Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
- Liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources
- Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions
Responsibilities
A Team Leader (M2) supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results
- Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders
