From 2023 company I.G.Bauerhin GmbH (IGB automotive), global supplier of thermal comfort systems, continues to work under name of Lear corporation. We are working on 3 sites in Inđija, Lazarevac and Lajkovac.
About the Role
We are looking for Labor Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employment documentation, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting HR processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement procedures for concluding employment contracts and annexes, while monitoring monthly work performance and other elements for contract extension decisions
- Collect data from department managers regarding employees with extended contracts and share information with relevant stakeholders
- Communicate with competent authorities to implement application and de-registration procedures
- Liaise with RFZO, PIO, the Republic Institute for Social Protection, the National Employment Service, Occupational Medicine, and other relevant institutions
- Draft and publish notices and decisions
- Prepare decisions on employee rights, obligations, and responsibilities based on legal grounds and deliver them to employees
- Create documentation related to workplace systematization and other legal acts and provide training to employees
- Participate in preparing elements for annual vacation plans for all employees by organizational units
Requirements
- University degree, preferred law education
- Proven experience in HR administration and employment contract management
- Strong knowledge of labor law and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with procedures related to social security, health insurance, and pension funds (e.g., RFZO, PIO, National Employment Service)
- Communicative level of English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
