Data Analytics Lead

OSITION OBJECTIVE

The Power BI Developer will be responsible for managing existing data and utilizing their strong analytical skills and experience in the design, creation, management, and use of large data sets. They will lead a team of data analysts and drive the development and implementation of data analytics strategies and solutions that enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of data analytics techniques and technologies, and be able to combine raw data from different sources to generate valuable insights. The Data Analytics Lead should also be highly adaptable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization will be critical to success in this role.

POSITION KEY FUNCTIONS

1. Develop analytics-based solutions that produce quantitative and qualitative business insights.

2. Work with operations teams to integrate systems and data quickly and effectively.

3. Analyze raw information through statistical analysis to discover trends/patterns that can be used for building data products to extract valuable business insights.

4. Design, implement, and apply analytics techniques using analytical tools.

5. Summarize key data-driven insights through data visualization reports for stakeholders.

6. Structure and organize data for use in specific analytics (data cleansing).

7. Ensure work safety, work discipline, and order in the workplace, compliance with H&S rules, regulations, and guidelines on health and safety at work.

8. Carry out activities in the required quality and accordance with generally binding legal regulations and internal regulations of the company.

9. Utilize labor resources entrusted to use for their work by the generally binding legal regulations and internal regulations of the company.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for data analytics and reporting.

11. Develop and maintain data analytics best practices, standards, and processes.

12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.

13. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and technology.

15. Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

POSITION’S PROFILE

KEY COMPETENCIES/DESCRIPTION

EDUCATION

BS degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or any related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 4-5 years experience in data analytics and insight-related experience

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
