POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Admin/Coordinator to join our team. As the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Admin/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating our company's sustainability initiatives and responsible business practices. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with ESG standards, monitor progress, and drive positive impact within the organization.
POSITION KEY FUNCTIONS
ESG Compliance:

Monitor and assess the company's adherence to ESG policies and regulations.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with ESG reporting requirements.
Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather data related to the company's environmental, social, and governance performance.

Analyze ESG metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Sustainability Initiatives:

Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects.

Assist in identifying innovative solutions to enhance the company's ESG performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with internal teams, investors, and external partners to promote ESG awareness and transparency.

Facilitate communication and cooperation between different departments to achieve ESG goals.
ESG Reporting

Assist in preparing ESG reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of ESG-related disclosures and documents.
Risk Management:

Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and ESG trends to enhance the company's risk management strategy.
Training and Awareness:

Conduct ESG-related training sessions for employees to foster a culture of sustainability and social responsibility.

Raise awareness about the importance of ESG initiatives throughout the organization.
POSITION’S PROFILE
KEY COMPETENCIES/DESCRIPTION
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Sustainability, or related field. If hired under / EJOP (Employee Job Opportunity Program), education required must be a college level
EXPERIENCE
Two-three years experience in SG-related roles or sustainability initiatives. If ADAP, EJOP experience not required.
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
Resourceful / Analytical / Systematic and well organized / Timeliness in completion of assigned task / Works under pressure and observes deadliness / Coordinates well with other departments & other positions in the same department.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Proven experience in ESG-related roles or sustainability initiatives.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for environmental and social issues, and a commitment to driving positive change
