As a member of HR GBS, the Employee Data Management & HR Reporting Supervisor Band 3 will be responsible to manages the day-to-day operations of and services delivered by the Human Resources Regional Shared Services Tier 2 Employee Data Management (EDM) & HR Reporting team. Manage the resolution of escalated Employee inquiries on EDM / HR Reporting / HR Compliance topics, leveraging Service Management, Case Management and other technologies. Responsible for the management of a team of Tier 2 Employee Data Management analysts against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Accountable for identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enablement to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of Tier 2 EDM service delivery and an optimal experience for Employees interacting with the EDM/Reporting support team. Based at Lapu-Lapu Cebu Philippines.
The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:

Supervises HR Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting service delivery (including case management; transaction processing, data processing, data analytics/reporting and vendor management) for the Region.

Manages and maintains HR Case Management technology and Employee Portal / Knowledge Management content for Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting services.

Partners with Regional GBS Lead to establish the criteria for delivering Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting services, including SLAs and KPIs, and monitors performance against these criteria.

Ensures that HR services provided are delivered in accordance with all internal policies and procedures, local, regional and national laws and regulations.

Manages scope of data management and reporting across GBS services support, especially work related to implementation of new HR data and reporting programs.

Ensures the highest possible level of accuracy across delivery of Tier 2 data management and reporting services inquiry responses.

Provides escalation point and subject matter expertise for complex data inquiries / employee reporting requirements (prior to Tier 3+ escalation).

Monitors and reviews trends in data management inquiries and escalated challenges to improve data management processes, underlying data, etc. (in partnership with CoI).

Manages performance of all data management systems and vendors and ensures efficiency and effectiveness of these relationships.

Regularly reviews data reporting needs of managers across the business to ensure customer needs are being met.

Oversees a team of EDM / HR Reporting supervisors to resolve all escalated issues and inquiries on time with a high degree of accuracy.

Sets the strategy and priorities of the HR Shared Services Tier 2 EDM / HR Reporting team to ensure team members have clear and achievable goals.

Supervises, coaches and evaluates Tier 2 EDM / HR Reporting analysts on their ongoing job responsibilities, including goal setting, development, and performance reviews.

Leads employee engagement, talent acquisition and development, as well as leadership development to attract and retain the best talent within Tier 2 EDM / HR Reporting team.

Identifies and recommends updates to Employee Data processing software, systems, and procedures.

Oversees service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and continuous improvement of services delivered by Tier 2 EDM / HR Reporting resources.

Stays current with trends and best practices in the service center and service delivery industries, and continuously improves cost, quality and timeliness of EDM / Reporting services & vendors.

Enhances and improves all Knowledge Management and Employee Portal content (articles, policy documentation, standard operating procedures, etc.) related to Tier 2 EDM / Reporting services.

Manages results and data analytics for assessing progress and continuous improvement on an on-going basis, recommending adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders teams to enhance process efficiency and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:

Knowledge of the local legal and regulatory requirements for data reporting, compliance, especially relating to data risks and privacy.

High subject matter expertise in data management best practices, technologies and system enablement.
