Position Focus:

• Responsible of performing all administration tasks and procedures to ensure applications and databases availability and performance for the systems under her responsibility.
• Main tasks include 2nd level problem analysis and support; escalation to 3rd level support when required; implementation, configuration and administration of Servers, Databases and Applications; migrations; documentation of patches, new configurations, administration procedures; systems diagnose, tuning and performance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, related engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Requires 2+ years of experience administrating Linux and Windows OS 
• Requires 2+ years of experience giving support.

Position Specific Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Vendor technical certifications are recommended.
• Advanced skills of OS administration on Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of SQL Database administration.
• Basic skills of IT infrastructure: network and Citrix.
• ITIL knowledge
• Positive mindset.
• Problem solver oriented.
• Basic technical knowledge of next applications:
  • Capital XC / CapH (legacy)
  • EDS
  • DOORs
  • Confluence
  • Jira
  • Other Engineering systems and applications
