This function includes, but not limited to, ensuring that the systems and procedures conform to the Management Systems requirements for ISO 9001 + IATF 16949 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS), TISAX/ISO 27001 (ISMS), and other requirements, as applicable.

Periodic evaluation shall be performed to ensure that the management systems and procedures are operating, as planned.

 

Position Key Functions

  1. Serves as deputy in-charge on matters related to the Management Systems, as applicable
  2. Ensures compliance with the annual MS objectives
  3. Ensures the effective implementation of all Management Systems requirements, as assigned
  4. Works with the Department Documented Information Controllers (DDIC) in ensuring that MS processes and procedures are properly reviewed, documented, and maintained in accordance with the specified standards.
  5. Initiates programs to improve processes with the objective of creating a more efficient system geared towards better customer satisfaction, continual improvement, environmental protection, employee health and safety, compliance to regulation, pollution control, and information security.
  6. Ensures compliance with legislated requirements and timely governmental reporting, as applicable.
  7. Conducts periodic audits, process walks, and risk assessments to ensure continued conformance to specified standards and effectively meets the company’s desired goals and objectives, as applicable
  8. Reports the MS performance to the Management Representatives for reviews and monitors effective implementation of all action plans arising from audits or performance reviews.
  9. Conducts and coordinates MS training and orientations for all associates, as applicable.
  10. Functions as liaison officer for 3rd party audits.

 

Key Competencies

  • Education - BS Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year course
  • Experience - At least 3-year experience in manufacturing or engineering; preferably has an experience to QMS or EHSMS administration / quality-related audit function / process control function  /documents information control function
  • Personal Competencies - Good in communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; Proactive, open-minded and works with minimum direction
  • Skills/Knowledge - Exposure to any MS standards is preferable; with trainings related to ISO standards; auditing skills
  • Well-versed in using MS Office Applications, SharePoint; knowledge in Macro programming is a plus
