POSITION KEY FUNCTIONS

• Organizes engineering related documents for new and existing products both in the development and completion stage.

• Performs design/task reviews to ensure adherence to already defined standards, specifications and works instructions

• Participates productively in all Continuous Improvement activities. Supports that individual and team deliverables are performed and goals are attained.

• Maintains good housekeeping by performing preventive maintenance on the equipment and 5S on all assigned areas.

• Supports the implementation and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS/EMS) and Lear’s 7 Key Elements (Health & Safety) to ensure customer satisfaction, continual improvement, and sustainability through active participation.

• Performs other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned of a similar nature or level.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• B.S. Engineering graduate or equivalent Engineering Degree
• May have at least 1 year experience in similar environment; preferably automotive related industry
• Good analytical communication, organizational, logic, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
• Skills/Knowledge in computer applications, quality systems, automotive related background, and product designs.
