Job Description

Position Objectives
• Design & Document: Design new product commodity FlexAir™ for sustainable comfort padding systems. 
Create high-fidelity CAD models, technical specs, and procedural guidelines.
• Prototype & Predict: Build and test components using predictive modeling to align digital data with 
physical results.
• Validate & Iterate: Lead product performance testing and rapid design iterations to hit targets.
• Solve & Optimize: Conduct root cause analysis on failures and implement decisive corrective actions.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with the US FlexAir and Innovation teams to refine DFM/DFA and 
manufacturing processes.
• Mobility: Ready to travel locally and internationally to support project milestones
