Position Objectives:

• Organizes Systems Engineering-related documents for new and existing products both in the development and completion stage.
• Performs design / task review to ensure adherence to standards, specifications and work instructions.
• Participates productively in all Continuous Improvement activities.
• Analyzes the customer feedback with the intention to assess the existing work processes and develop improvement ideas.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS EE/ME/CompE or any related Engineering discipline.
• Can work with minimum supervision, willing to do overtime and work schedule flexibility as needed.
• Good analytical skills and quality oriented.
• Proficient in both oral and written English language communication.
• Has a good interpersonal skill, creative, can work individually as well as with a team.
• Fast learner and self-initiated individual.
