The Role

 

Key responsibilities include the following:
• Expense reports: Review expense reports submitted by employees for overall reasonableness and documentation; ensure that users are not in violation of the Global Travel Policy
• Help Desk/Customer Service Support: Engage in solutions to Concur user problems via Mailbox and Ivanti to ensure satisfaction and productivity. Works directly with employees to address complaints, requests and other matters relating to expense reporting and Concur issues.
• Payment Reconciliation: Process payment run every week to reconcile the company card and out of pocket payments matched with Concur IT interfaces
• Reports: Prepare all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports being sent to the Supervisor for review and to ensure that all data is accurate and error free.
• Corporate Card Administration: Manage company credit card programs and reporting. Assist in Opening a Corporate Card in Citibank, increase credit limits, closing of account and modify
employee’s information. Do a card reconciliation when the card may have been suspended or incur personal charges.
• Concur Administration: Grant Concur Access to new user, update approver, audit and approve expense reports. Training all new travelers in the use of the Corporate Travel and Expense reporting solution to adhere to Corporate Travel Policy.
• Owns fraud or expense audits/investigations, make prompt actions to prevent fraud expenses
• Document Travel and Expense related processes and procedures as well as the maintenance of training materials for new users and employees.
• Assist with drafting new procedures for the company, and continue to add value by making suggestions in the overall T&E process for improvements
• Provide general administrative support in Travel and Expense systems
• All other functions that may be required of the position from time to time.


Qualifications:
• B.S. Accounting, B.S. in Accountancy graduate or any Business-related courses.

• Two-three years’ experience in Accounts Payable or T&E reimbursement experience in a similar industry.

• Resourceful / Analytical / Systematic and well organized / Timeliness in completion of assigned task / Works under pressure and observes deadliness / Coordinates well with other departments & other positions in the same department.

• Familiarity with Travel & Entertainment reimbursement process and computer literate to T&E and AP systems application.

• Proficient Excel skills (Data, Tables, Formatting, Advanced excel formulas, conditional formatting, Pivot Tables, V and H lookup). Knowledge of VBA and Macro is a plus.

• Continuous Improvement (Problem Solving, JDI, Six Sigma)

• SAP Concur experience a plus.

• Knowledge of the accounting practices, policies & procedures affecting Lear business. Eligible for pay grade progression to a higher level based on progression rules
