Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to manage and enhance our Global Electronics Training System. This role combines training administration with creative video production, supporting the development of engaging learning content for technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for learning, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule engineering training sessions (online, in-person, hybrid).
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification tracking.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Synthesia
- Manage the training content library and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding programs and technical skill development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing internal knowledge-sharing events and workshops.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, data analysis).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
- Experience in training coordination or instructional design is an advantage.
