Position overview:

 

Reporting directly to the Quality manager, our future customer quality responsible will be the customer's representative on the site, He/She is also responsible for the proper application of the quality policy throughout the site according to the requirements of the customer, the IATF standard, and the group.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

He/She manages his customer quality process to ensure:

  • Compliance with the quality objectives of the product delivered to the customer
  • Expertise on all non-conformities detected internally
  • Internal communication of customer complaints/disruptions
  • Ensure and control contact between Lear and the customer (complaints, non-satisfaction, feedback.)
  • Animate the QRQCs
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions.
  • Record, track, and respond to customer complaints
  • Prepare and participate in client meetings
  • Manage customer complaints history
  • Create, update, classify, and archive product and customer quality documentation
  • Edit and analyze product quality and PPM/IPPM indicators according to Pareto heads
  • Update the monitoring plan
  • Track COMEX Stocks – Client Relations
  • Track Product Demerits
  • Perform process audits
  • Make decisions on product conformity and issue waivers if necessary
  • Control non-conformity of products in production
  • Monitor weekly internal indicators (WOS, MOS, etc.)

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Master's degree / Quality engineer
  • 5 years of experience as a customer quality responsible
  • Solid experience in the automotive sector (IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 knowledge is mandatory)
  • Ability to read and understand plans
  • Very good knowledge of quality tools (8D, PPAP, R&R, CPK, QRQC, MSA, SPC, etc.)
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
