Job Description

Performs maintenance planning; develops, plans and executes upgrade and projects for corrective and/or preventive maintenance

  • Prepares designs, drawings and schedules of tasks to be performed
  • Sizes necessary resources to execute the scheduled maintenance
  • Selects suppliers and controls the quality of materials and services provided by them
  • Ensures the conservation of equipment and platforms and the quality of customer service in order to optimize the productivity of each equipment

  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret drawings, equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, modifying components and parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Establish and maintain an adequate level of spare parts.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Responsible for to improve the OEE and down timing via TPM etc.

Support to improve the quality from process and equipment side to solve quality issue
