- Manage the Production activities by planning, implementing, monitoring, improving
and coordinating with other functions for smooth and effective productions. - Manage all issues related production (Safety, Production activities, Productivity, Product Quality, Manufacturing Cost and other KPI...).
- Monitor the implementation of safety regulations and guidance.
- Build the plan of development for all levels under supervision.
- Examine and propose improvements in efficiency for the production line.
- Make sure delivery high quality and lower cost parts to customer on time.
- Daily hold operation meeting with other department to solve daily operation issue such as capacity issues, daily production trouble shooting, quality issues.
- Participate and make the Production planning daily/ weekly/ monthly.
- Weekly new project action meeting.
- Daily communication and E-mail about any production issue.
- Meeting for customer audit.
- Participate in the meeting with HR to drafting company policy
