Job Title: Procurement Supervisor.
Ensure optimous inventory according our design model.

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Procurement Supervisor, based in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico (E-Systems Division).
As Procurement Supervisor you coordinate supplier performance improvement plans, raw material flow and projections to maintain inventory value at appropriate levels.
Your Task will be:
• Ensure the correct and timely analysis and transmission of requirements to all suppliers based on customer needs.
• Guarantee the on-time arrival of materials to the plant, avoiding line stoppages.
• Manage production material inventory to maintain optimal levels and avoid excess or obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure optimal material supply from national and international suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to prevent urgent shipments and mitigate risks related to material shortages, notifying the Materials Manager immediately of any potential impact.
• Identify and monitor engineering change breakpoints and work collaboratively with relevant areas (Engineering, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Systems).
• Participate in IATF, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Participate in the plant’s semi-annual physical inventories.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• +1 year of experience in Materials Procurement in automotive industry.
• Knowledge: Logistics, Production Control, supply chain, inventory control.
• You should have strong analytical capabilities, a high level of initiative, effective decision making, and well developed negotiation skills..
• English Advanced.
