Job Description
Quality Engineer (Customer Service) primarily focused on responding to quality issues, coordinating the implementation of defect containment both inside and outside the plant, and coordinating engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, program launches, and product transfers to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Respond to customers regarding reported quality complaints.

Serve as the primary point of contact with customers for specific requirements.

Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality issues using established methodologies such as 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, and DDW.

Monitor the status of customer-reported concerns until closure is ensured.

Continuously review customer systems to ensure that all reported issues have been addressed.

Coordinate defect analysis meetings and customer response discussions.

Use the LQTS system database to analyze customer complaints and update information until each concern is closed.

Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.

Ensure the implementation of effective corrective measures (CM) to prevent repeat defects.

Comply with assigned activities related to biosafety measures and COVID-19 protocols.
- Maintain a better organized, orderly, and clean work environment through the application of 5S.
Skills
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
Experience Requirements
1+ years of experience in similar position in wire harness process.

Advanced English Level
