Job Description
Plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers
- Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
- Develops specifications for new contract orders
Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Manage and control inventory processes.
- Supervise operational staff (approx. 7 technicians).
- Ensure compliance with CTPAT standards.
- Handle indirect procurement activities.
- Manage vendor relationships.
Additional Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of approximately 7 operational technicians.
- Ensure full staffing and provide coverage for absences.
- Monitor accurate execution of daily inventories and material planning.
- Ensure timely ordering of required materials.
- Oversee compliance with CTPAT requirements across all areas.
- Ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
- Review and approve daily shipment documentation.
- Verify data entry in shipper logs/systems.
- Maintain and enforce 5S and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on time.
- Manage indirect procurement processes (training, Coupa requisitions, invoice handling).
Skills
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or related field.
Experience Requirements
2+ years of experience in Coordinate shipments and validate documentation.
Certifications / Licenses
Languages
Basic or intermediate english level
