We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Site IT Support Manager , based in Torreón, Coahuila. (E-Systems Division).
As Site IT Support Manager your objective will be deliver value for all business areas, especially operations, in the form of IT services and solutions that are aligned to the business needs, priorities and strategy, while adhering to the IT strategic road map, best practices, security standards, IT governance and a continuous improvement mindset.
Your tasks will be:
- Maintain IT budget commitments.
- Adhere to Expenses Target.
- Prepare draft with expenses for next year’s budget.
- Adhere to CAPEX Target.
- Keep disciplined track CAPEX plan vs. execution and communicate to IT central in a monthly basis (or on demand when needed)
- Achieve strong IT Infrastructure management, maintenance and growth.
- Ensure highest availability of IT infrastructure and services at plant level.
- 100% adherence to ISMS regarding IT infrastructure.
- Define, track and improve applicable IT KPIs based on plant needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely record of all IT assets; a) weekly follow up b) Monthly report.
- Relate IT assets and services to business processes, and rate criticality.
- Manage and/or oversee IT infrastructure updates, upgrades, growth, divestiture, etc. as small/medium sized IT projects.
- Deep understanding of both the business and high value areas for IT-enablement.
To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have
- Bachelor degree as Computer engineering degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Industry
- Excellent IT infrastructure knowledge and technical skills to provide L1 support
- Advanced English level (Bilingual)
