Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and validation of the project and manage progress through meetings and periodic reports.
- Analyze and study process definition and manufacturing flow in the cutting area.
- Define and implement cutting and crimping processes, including machine configuration, parameter settings, and process standardization.
- Lead the definition, specification, and procurement of cutting & crimping equipment, tooling (applicators, presses, blades), and spare parts in alignment with project requirements and budget.
- Define and validate tooling selection (crimp applicators, dies, wire cutting tools) based on wire specifications and customer requirements.
- Ensure tooling, equipment installation and validation in accordance with Project timing.
- Solve day-to-day manufacturing problems and resolve production stops related to the process.
- Improve the efficiency of the manufacturing line by utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma techniques.

- Supervise and animate a functional and hierarchical team of equipment/process technicians.
Education Requirements
- Engineer or (Bac+5) degree in Mechanical/Industrial engineering or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in Automotive/wiring industry.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and capacity study
- Strong technical expertise in cutting and crimping equipment, including setup, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- In-depth understanding of crimping standards (pull force, crimp height, crimp cross-section analysis, IPC/automotive standards) and quality requirements.
- Ability to define and validate crimping parameters, tooling selection (applicators, presses), and machine calibration.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Deadline-oriented and decision-making ability.
- Excellent organizational skills: proven ability to plan and priorities tasks.

- Excellent communication skills in French & English
