Position overview:
Our future IT Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT services and projects roll-out in Meknes Plant.
Also, managing the local IT team and infrastructure to ensure service delivery according to the site’s needs, complete deployment of new projects according to the defined plans, and manage costs and compliance to meet company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align IT Projects and Services with Plant objectives.
 - Site adherence to Lear ISMS requirements.
 - IT 1st and 2nd level analysis and support.
 - Maintain IT/Plant Budget commitment (Capex/Expenses).
 - Supervise Wan/Lan Network and IT Infrastructure.
 - Use the Ivanti tool efficiently for daily IT incidents and IT services request handling.
 - Control and properly supervise IT hardware and software licensing and assets.
 - Perform 8D Analysis for Application related issues and monitor resolution with key stakeholders.
 - Ensure meeting Monthly KPI’s targets.
 - Ensure effective participation in location related IT projects.
 
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.
 - 5 years of experience at least in an automotive industrial environment.
 - Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.
 - Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations.
 - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 - Support & Helpdesk systems usage.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
 - Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
