Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and validation of the project and manage progress through meetings and periodic reports.
- Define the production process and equipment to meet customer requirements.
- Calculate equipment capacity (Equipment, Kanban Rack...).
- Collaborate in the development of equipment and tools related to the process.
- Define the layout to ensure adequate production flow.
- Preparation and migration of UCS.
- Establish and update operating procedures and process procedures.
- Kanban racks identification.
- Analysis of technical changes and their impact on the production process.
- Support production in continuous improvement and daily problem resolution.
- Lead the implementation of the MES system.
- Ensure installation and maintainability of traceability equipment (Andon, ALM/DTM) & connected factories (Assembly + cutting/LP).
- Supervise and animate a functional and hierarchical team of process technicians.
Education Requirements
- Engineer or (Bac+5) degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and capacity calculation.
- 2 years of professional experience.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
- Good in mathematics and statistics.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Languages
- Excellent communication skills in French & English.
