Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Participate in the development and validation of the project and manage progress through meetings and periodic reports.
  • Define the production process and equipment to meet customer requirements.
  • Calculate equipment capacity (Equipment, Kanban Rack...).
  • Collaborate in the development of equipment and tools related to the process.
  • Define the layout to ensure adequate production flow.
  • Preparation and migration of UCS.
  • Establish and update operating procedures and process procedures.
  • Kanban racks identification.
  • Analysis of technical changes and their impact on the production process.
  • Support production in continuous improvement and daily problem resolution.
  • Lead the implementation of the MES system.
  • Ensure installation and maintainability of traceability equipment (Andon, ALM/DTM) & connected factories (Assembly + cutting/LP).
  • Supervise and animate a functional and hierarchical team of process technicians

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Engineer or (Bac+5) degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and capacity calculation.
  • 2 years of professional experience.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good in mathematics and statistics.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
