Job Description

 

Reporting directly to the Quality manager, our future customer quality responsible will be the customer's representative on the site, You are also responsible for the proper application of the quality policy throughout the site according to the requirements of the customer, the IATF standard, and the group.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main on-site customer representative for operational quality topics.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to apply customer requirements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality KPIs, internal and external non-conformities, and complaints.
  • Prepare, implement, and follow up corrective and preventive action plans using structured methods.
  • Develop, update, and apply PFMEA and Control Plans to manage quality risks.
  • Prepare and submit PPAP documentation in line with customer and IATF requirements.
  • Manage internal rejections, customer returns, and customer protection measures.
  • Support quality awareness and training following complaints or new customer specifications.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry in a quality-related role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Quality position.
  • Hands-on experience with quality tools such as PFMEA, PPAP, and 8D.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and internal/external audit practices.
  • Good communication in both French and English.
