Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations and company standards.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.
- Support the development and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in health and safety risk assessments and track corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and support implementation of preventive measures.
- Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management system documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a health, safety, and environment role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and audit activities.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment methods, and incident investigation practices.
- Strong communication and training skills with the ability to work effectively across plant and shopfloor operations.
