Position overview:
Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to):

Supervise technical manufacturing activities across production sites.

Assess the technical feasibility of a product or product range.

Ensure the development of technical know‑how, including modernization of processes or production tools, added value, and competitiveness.

Propose improvements and adaptations to one or more production sites in order to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.

Lead and coordinate technical manufacturing, logistics, and production management activities at the production sites, in collaboration with the Production Director or Production Manager.

Hold daily meetings with production managers and engineers, planning teams, and industrial maintenance teams to identify issues and confirm achievement of objectives.

Coordinate actions between production management teams and technical departments.

Evaluate the company’s daily operational needs and adjust production capacity accordingly.

Establish and communicate cost estimates and quotations for new products or technical modifications.

Provide the necessary means, leadership, and direction to uphold the site’s EH&S policy.

Ensure that all workplace safety procedures are applied.

Actively collaborate with all relevant functions to achieve, uphold, and continuously improve compliance with key industry certifications, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
To be a success in this role you must have:

Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor project activities effectively.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, ideally with exposure to trim or textile production.

Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within cross‑functional teams and navigate matrix‑style organizational structures.

Proven track record in managing and developing teams, with strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English
