Main Missions: 

• Work closely with stakeholders and provide all necessary data to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop the Program/Project schedule, including macro and micro activities.
• Demonstrate leadership during program launch.
• Configure the LPMP system for all new program launches.
• Ensure all assigned tasks in LPMP/profile are completed accurately
• Collaborate with SSD/CFD teams to address deliverables, tasks, and open issues.
• Receive and distribute change/launch packages from SSD/client.
• Track the status of all RFQs and ECNs in the PLM system.
• Work with TRIM engineers to resolve issues promptly and meet deadlines.
• Generate ECRs as the starting point for all launch changes.
• Organize meetings with action plan leaders and update all levels of management on progress.
• Support program launches and trial waves.
• Lead pre-production activities with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure delivery of pre-series and all required tools/materials for project launch.
• Develop the ramp-up plan and manage recruitment for dedicated resources.
• Define ramp-down and end-of-life plans for projects.
• Manage project budget and analyze cash impact, excess, and obsolete materials for end-of-life projects.
• Actively collaborate with all functions to achieve and maintain certifications (IATF/VDA).
• Monitor compliance with KPIs: cost, deadlines, quality.

To be successful for this role :

• Engineer or equivalent 
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to plan and track project activities.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of working within cross-functional teams and matrix structures.
• Successful experience in team management.
• Proficiency in MS Project.

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in both French and English
