Responsibilities
We are seeking an SAP Advanced Key User to join the logistics team at Lear Corporation Tunisia. The Logistics AKU will play a crucial role in ensuring the system operates efficiently. Engaging regularly with end-users to enhancetheir experience, define new logistics processes and flows, and lead training and continuous improvement initiativesin existing logistic processes
Job Description

Lead SAP logistics improvements and system changes in coordination with IT

Define specifications, test enhancements, and support deployments

Ensure accuracy and compliance of logistics documentation (labels, ASN, delivery notes)

Configure and manage logistics flows in SAP (planning, scheduling, warehouse, replenishment)

Analyze and resolve documentation‑related customer complaints

Train key users and end users on SAP logistics processes

Lead inventory checks (W2W) and support continuous improvement / Kaizen initiatives
To be successful for this role :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and extensive experience in designingand/or managing ERP systems (Mandatory in SAP).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerBI).
- Experience in logistics.
- Good communication skills in both French and English
