Responsibilities

We are seeking an SAP Advanced Key User to join the logistics team at Lear Corporation Tunisia. The Logistics AKU will play a crucial role in ensuring the system operates efficiently. Engaging regularly with end-users to enhancetheir experience, define new logistics processes and flows, and lead training and continuous improvement initiativesin existing logistic processes

Job Description

• Lead SAP logistics improvements and system changes in coordination with IT
• Define specifications, test enhancements, and support deployments
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of logistics documentation (labels, ASN, delivery notes)
• Configure and manage logistics flows in SAP (planning, scheduling, warehouse, replenishment)
• Analyze and resolve documentation‑related customer complaints
• Train key users and end users on SAP logistics processes
• Lead inventory checks (W2W) and support continuous improvement / Kaizen initiatives

To be successful for this role :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and extensive experience in designingand/or managing ERP systems (Mandatory in SAP).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerBI).
• Experience in logistics.
• Good communication skills in both French and English
