Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Maintenance Supervisors across all shifts to ensure consistent performance.
- Coordinate shift handovers and communication to maintain operational continuity.
- Align maintenance priorities with production needs and plant objectives.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, cost, and backlog.
- Enforce safety standards including LOTO and permit-to-work systems.
- Manage maintenance resources, including workforce allocation and spare parts usage.
- Drive continuous improvement through RCA, TPM, lean practices, and audit initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, including supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills in a multi-shift environment.
- Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning and tracking.
- Proficiency in English and French, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
