Main Missions: 

 

  • Management and tracking the progress of new and latter on also existing projects
  • Managing the change management of existing and new projects
  • Interface between the various involved parties (engineering, logistics, program team)
  • Validate the planning in accordance with the plant and project requirements
  • Coordinate the test phases
  • Record and document all the needed data for traceability and qualifications
  • Control and validate the proper implementation of each change
  • Follow Lear quality standard and its continual implementation and improvement
  • Collaborate and support on continuous improvement of manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes
  • Support development and changes of process flow charts and layouts, P-FMEA, work instructions, products and their implementation
  • Cooperate on setting the technical requirements for new technology equipment and for production lines

 

 

To be successful for this role :

 

  • At least 5 years of experience with starting of new launches/projects in automotive industry
  • Good time and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-changing environment
