Job Description
You play a key role in ensuring smooth production flow by aligning customer demand with operational capacity. You work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, monitor, and optimize production activities while maintaining stock and delivery targets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer EDI data and resolve demand variations or anomalies.
- Communicate customer demand clearly across departments to ensure capacity alignment.
- Run MRP regularly and validate system outputs to support accurate planning.
- Develop and launch production plans across operations, including cutting and sewing.
- Monitor delivery performance and report against production and customer commitments.
- Manage inventory levels across finished goods, WIP, and raw materials in line with logistics policies.
- Coordinate shipments with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Track engineering changes, product phase-outs, and obsolescence risks to ensure smooth transitions.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for planning and inventory management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
