Position Overview:
As a member of the Quality Team you will lead our Quality Management System (QMS) and drive excellence across our production processes. In this role, you will ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, while fostering a strong culture of quality and customer satisfaction.
Main Missions :
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Supervise and support production processes to meet quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Lead and participate in audits, problem-solving initiatives, and engineering change activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage resources, budgets, and teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Represent the company with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders on quality-related matters.
To be successful for this role :
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements.
- At least 2 years in a similar position in the automotive industry.
- Practical experience with core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem-solving.
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills, supported by proven experience in an automotive environment.
- Effective time management, task prioritization, and resource planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer orientation.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English
