Main Missions :
- Receive arriving information from forwarder or from stock control
- Receive shipping documents and double check to ensure all documents are collected, no missing
- Enter into all invoice into in transit data base in time in order to prepare customs clearance documents
- File all invoices according arrival
- Provide all invoice shipment copies to warehouse persons
- Receive Invoice from production Planning team or customers contacts
- Arrange truck booking and arriving time
- Arrange with clearance broker for the customs clearance activities
- Export shipment follow-up till whole activities are completed
- Inform production Planning team and 3PL of all shipping information, including truck No, air way bill No etc,
- File all invoices according departure date
- Understand other import customs clearance activities
- Be able to coordinate other import customs clearance activities
- Is responsible for separating the waste in the defined way, using the protective equipments which have beendefined as a result of risk assessment study, obeying the health & safety rules, giving information for accidentsand potential nonconformance, informing the chief in case of emergency and acting appropriate according to theemergency action plan
To be successful for this role :
- University Degree
- Strong organizational skills
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge for the transport and customs rules
- Previous Experience in automotive Industry is necessary
- SAP knowledge or similar ERP system
- Good knowledge of in Office tools
- Good analytical vision.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English
